• Scenario 1: Onyioha always tells her direct reports she welcomes feedback and wants to make sure it is easy for them to complete tasks, but whenever they approach her she fears missing deadlines, so does the work instead. Is there a better leadership style that can lead to meeting strict deadlines, instead of causing her anxiety?

• Scenario 2: Sergey is leading a marketing team for a new hot dog product. This distinctive group consists of half believing a hot dog is a sandwich, while the other firmly disagrees. Would it be best to use a democratic leadership style or some other style?

• Scenario 3: Peaches is playing a game of battleships where it’s her team vs another team and the winning team gets an all expense paid trip to the destination of their choice. The losing team gets to watch The Justice League with servings of pickled beets. Each leader chooses a spot on the opposing team’s grid and tries to guess where they placed their battleships. Should Peaches get input from her team, or just make all the decisions for herself?
