• Marisha’s family pushed her towards becoming a nurse, because they knew she would earn a good salary to live on her own. Marisha has been working as an RN for the past 8 years, but doesn’t particularly like her work. Should she look into other occupations?

• SCENARIO #2: 

• Utkarsh has a solid IT career, that looks to be one he can stay with until retirement. He has no qualms with his job, but loves to go to weekend track events where he races his home built car. Do you think he should pursue another career?

• SCENARIO #3: 

• Sandra has gotten recently fed up with how her job has treated her. They brought in some new recruits, who have been second guessing her decision making, even though she has more experience than their ages combined. Is this the time to make a career jump or maybe she needs to speak with upper management to settle the new problems?
