• Scenario 1: LaVena believes she is in touch with everything going on in modern society. She doesn’t follow what her conservative parents say about minority groups. Instead she tells everyone she lives that woke life. Should she stop using the overused word woke or is it fine because it lets people know what type of person she is?

• Scenario 2: Yuvraj is at a business conference and hears some folks talking to each other in another language. He knows some popular phrases he watches on a subtitled TV show he watches everyday using his favorite streaming subscription. Should he utter some of these phrases to break the ice and connect with these people he doesn’t know from anywhere?

• Scenario 3: Assia is a new entrepreneur trying to pitch her business over video calls. Other entrepreneurs are usually on the call as well. After one of her pitches she received a private message that said they loved her idea but wished she would stop saying umm. Should Assia work on eliminating vocal fillers or is it just important to get the idea across?
